Gary Cardone is a widely-recognised business leader. Gary offers more than thirty years of business experience in both North American and European markets, boasting a number of successful ventures in energy, capital investments, real estate and eCommerce.
Building the Future
After earning a degree in Economics from McNeese State University, Gary accepted a position at a small natural gas startup in 1987. Later known as Dynegy, Inc., Gary helped grow the new venture into one of the world’s largest energy companies.
Once he had helped establish the company stateside, Cardone was asked to take the venture to Europe where Dynegy UK reached a €1 billion market value within just five years.
Gary served more than 25 years in the energy marketing, earning recognition for some of the most notable advancements both domestically and abroad. He also served as a commercial advisor, working with the industry’s high-level executives.
Exploring New Horizons
Upon retiring from the energy sector, Cardone moved in the world of real estate investment. While Cardone Real Estate Holdings, LLC. still retains control of numerous luxury properties, Gary eventually decided to sell his interest in the company in order to focus his attention on a new industry—eCommerce.
Along with his business partner, Gary helped created a prosperous eCommerce business. However, the experience eventually led the business leaders to identify a serious shortcoming within the eCommerce environment.
Illegitimate chargebacks were stealing revenue and threatening longevity. When the business owners sought professional help, they were dismayed to find the market lacking viable solutions. Identifying a void the market, Cardone and his partner set out to solve the problem that was plaguing so many members of the online business world.
In 2011, Cardone helped bring Chargebacks911 to market in order to deliver the innovative payments industry solution no other provider had been able to create.
Today, Gary Cardone is the CEO of Chargebacks911, as well as a managing partner of its parent company, Global Risk Technologies. In less than five years, Gary has been instrumental in growing the company at an exponential annual rate, helping to bring more than a dozen scalable, dynamic products to market.
Gary lives in Clearwater, Florida, with his wife and their two daughters.
